Personalised Items

When will my order be ready

Personalised items are of course made to order. We want to make sure that each item is perfect, so we ask that you provide ample time before you need your items. The timeframe will vary depending on your order requirements. Please allow at least 3 weeks to ensure that your order is ready for your event. If you need your order quickly, please send us an enquiry at stylinghteknot@gmail.com before you purchase.

What is your return policy

We hope you love your items just as much as we do! As personalised items are made just for you, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we want you to be completely happy so please contact us with any concerns.

Shipping

We use a variety of shipping couriers in Australia including but not limited to Australia Post, TNT express, Sendle, Fastway courier. The courier used will depend on your order. Shipping times may vary depending on order requirements, timeframes and locations. For any urgent orders please contact us at stylingtheknot@gmail.com to discuss delivery timeframes options and estimation.

Please note Styling The Knot only ships within Australia. Once your order has left our studio, Styling The Knot are not liable for damaged or lost parcels, the risk passes on to the courier. 

Photo bOOTH hire 

How long is the hire period

We like to keep it simple and easy for you and having a 4-day hire period does just that!. The hire period for the Deluxe and Classic Photo/GIF Booth is 4 days. The hire period commences from the date of collection and finishes on the date of return. The return date must fall on or prior to day 4 of the 4-day hire period. Collection and return is from Rowville. Accomodations can be made so please get in contact to discuss delivery/set up at an additional cost.

How long does the event last

The Deluxe and Classic Photo/GIF Booth has a restriction period for the activation and use of the Photo Booth app which will comprise of one 48-hour period during the 4-day hire period.

If you want to capture the fun for longer than the one 48-hour period you can choose to do so at a fee of $30.00 AUD for an additional 24-hour period. 

If that’s still not longer enough and you’d like to continue using the Photo/GIF Booth exceeding the additional period option, please get in contact and we can discuss what your options are. 

What iPad is used for the booth

Deluxe Booth features the 11inch iPad Pro using the front facing camera includes True Depth camera and 7-megapixel photos.

Classic Booth features the 6th Generation iPad using the front facing camera that includes FaceTime HD camera and 1.2-megapixel photos.

Does the photo booth have to be connected to power

We have two Booth options to cater for any of your event needs. These include:

 

Deluxe Booth:

The Deluxe Booth can be portable for a maximum of 2-3 hours. When the iPad reaches 30% battery charge the booth must be returned to power to continue operating.

 

Classic Booth:

The Classic Booth must be connected to power at all times to operate.

Can the booth be used outside

If the Deluxe or Classic Photo Booth is used outside is done so entirely at the risk of the Hirer. In no case should the Photo Booth be used or left outside in the rain or overnight. All items must be stored with the covers provided when not in use and left in secure dry storage. 

What is my location has limited internet conne

Internet coverage is unfortunately out of our control! But we will always check to confirm what the coverage for your event location is.

  • If there is full internet coverage your event can be launched and all the Photo/GIF SMS will be instantly sent.

  • If there is limited coverage you must launch the event when you have access to the internet and don't worry the Photo/GIF SMS will send once the iPad has access to the internet.Once the Photo/GIF Booth is returned we will double check to see if there are any outstanding SMS pending and ensure they get sent to your guests.

  • If there is no internet coverage there are options we can consider so please get in contact to discuss further.

If your event location has WiFi we recommend you connect the iPad. 

Can you get digital prints

Our Photo/GIF Booth is completely digital! What does this mean you ask? Well it means you and your guests can receive  SMS of your Photo, GIFs and Bursts. You can share these to your socials or print them out and make the memories last a life time.

Is lightening that important 

Yes! When it comes to photos lighting is everything!

Our lighting enhances the photo quality and allows you and your guests to capture the best shots throughout your event. We recommend that the light ring is left on when the Photo/GIF booth is being operated
